Physics as an Additional Subject
1. Physics exam is divided between Mandatory Experiments (120 marks) and Theory (280 marks)
2. Students who have pursued Physics as an external subject with Kilmartins, in 5th year or 6th year have achieved high results. Students studying Physics as an external subject, with Julie or Barry, are at UCD, Maynooth, Trinity, Imperial etc.
3. Kilmartins has successfully navigated students through the process. Many of our students are now pursuing economics at University, along with Mathematics
4. The recommended textbook is Real World Physics, by Regan
